T O P I C R E V I E WObeI think Linda's theory may have some very good and useful foundations, but I really feel she was wrong in saying that that way was the only way to lose weight for good. I think everyone is different in that way, and we all need to more than anything listen to our bodies' unique needs, and slowly but surely learn to keep balance. Food IS so intricately tied to our thoughts, and when we finally have that epiphany, we understand how it is they are INSEPARABLE, until then it's just a bunch of words people say
